Who me? Blog?

Why do I feel that I would like to blog? I'm not 'techy', I don't really have a particular focus - but I DO feel that I have perspectives and opinions that I would like to share, and a bit of an absurd sense of humor on some occasions, and so I will venture into the world of blogs. One cannot simply rant and/or opine about particular thoughts to most people these days; people are busy, they have different interests, and most that I encounter seem totally uninterested in some of the issues - or even in discussions - that intrigue me. Maybe I just need to get out more. Or blog. 


Many times, I would just like to comment in reaction to events, politics, bureaucracy and some of my favorite interests. Sometimes I might just want to vent at what I see as stupidity. Sometimes maybe I will just tell jokes, or share pictures or cartoons that I find humorous or cute. 


I'll probably be wordy, I'll definitely be opinionated and adamant, and I hope it's fun and interesting!
